overview
The repository provides access to comprehensive biomedical datasets generated for samples from patients with selected cardiovascular and oncological diseases. Available resources include genomic data linked to detailed
clinical information, as well as transcriptomic and proteomic datasets generated for selected cohorts, including longitudinal samples collected before and after treatment or surgical intervention.
Access to the repository is controlled and requires submission and approval of a data access request.
